Our Company History
The story of National Inquiry Agency begins in 2018 when our Founder & Director Amy Elliott noticed a gap within the marketplace for quality investigative services. There was a recognised need for utilisation of both modern and traditional investigative techniques to be used in each investigation, and for transparent reporting being made available to clients.
Since 2018, National Inquiry Agency have grown to service major law firms, financial institutions, SMEs and individuals nationwide. We aim to maintain a high level of service and be placed at the forefront of innovation in the Commercial and Private Inquiry sector.
In 2019 we streamlined our processes so that all of our cases are managed through our NIA Portal.
NIA Portal is an online Secure Case Management system with an online interface where clients can enter their instructions and log in at any time to revisit their cases, submit further instructions and communicate with our Investigators directly.
This means our clients experience ‘real time’ tracking of the progress of matters, and are kept in the loop of case management updates. All records of communication and documents relating to a file are safely stored and are archived once a matter is completed.
This system also includes a mobile phone interface designed for our investigators to update clients remotely and on the ‘go’.
