Amy Elliott, Lead Investigator & Director

Amy entered the private investigation space in 2014 and hasn’t look back.

She worked in multiple law and private investigation firms whilst undertaking her university degrees over the course of several years, acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to be successful in the industry.

With her strong legal background, her bread and butter is helping LAWYERS WIN cases. She undertakes this with an evidence-based approach.

Dependent on the needs of the client, she works alongside lawyers to locate Debtors, Con-Artists, Scammers and facilitate legal proceedings through surveillance and process serving.

She also undertakes in-depth background checks on Plaintiffs, Defendants, Applicants and Respondents in legal proceedings to uncover any ammunition to be used in Court to discredit the other side, as well as locate non-hostile witnesses.

In the FAMILY LAW realm, she traces undisclosed assets in financial proceedings when there is a marital breakdown or de-facto relationship, and reunites family by finding loved ones, as well as locating missing persons.

In BUSINESS, she assists business owners make insightful decisions when they are going into partnership with another individual, by undertaking due-diligence checks on the potential business partner.

Enza Kursun, Administration

Enza is an important member of our team.

She brings a strong background in business administration and EA/PA support gained over the last 30+ years in a variety of sectors, including banking and government. She previously held senior positions and managerial roles within the Transport for NSW formulating projects/ideas and streamlining work. She also worked for the NSW Police Force reviewing Subpoenas, GIPA requests and ensuring processing was completed to deadlines.  

At National Inquiry Agency, she ensures our policies and procedures are up to date and that we remain compliant with evolving legislative requirements within the Security Industry. She also drafts our Standard Operative Procedures, and ensures marketing materials are delivered to our clients. She also runs a successful Virtual Assistant business Lets Talk Admin.
